INDUSTRIAL PARK
 Jamestown Regional Airport has land available for industrial development. The airport is located on the northeast section of Jamestown, near two local highways and currently has four major industrial companies located on the field. These companies include: Goodrich, Dakota Brands International, Inc., Dome Pipeline, and Westward Product, Inc.
Acreage is still available for lease for additional industrial companies seeking to locate in the Jamestown area.

Airside Land Leases - $0.1275 per square foot per year
Industrial Parks Leases - $381.16 per acre per year (County Rd. 40)
Landing Fees (Air Carrier and Cargo Operators) - $0.5975 per 1,000 lb. gross landed weight
Terminal Leases - $5.45 per square foot per month
Concessions Fees - Negotiable
Advertising Leases - Approximately $0.28 per square inch per year
ARFF, Snow Removal, and Other Personnel Fees - Actual costs of providing these services including wages, benefits, training, fuel, etc.
Non-Signatory Fees - Commercial operators and tenants without a signed, current lease agreement with the airport authority will assessed double the rates listed above for leases costs and fees stated above.
