BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - Airline flights to Devils Lake and Jamestown will go through Minneapolis, starting next year.

Sen. Byron Dorgan says Northwest Airlines, which serves the two communities through its Mesaba subsidiary, has agreed to change the routes.

Dorgan says Northwest Airlines is canceling its Aberdeen-Jamestown and Brainerd-Devils Lake routes next May. He says it will replace these routes with flights leaving from Minneapolis to Jamestown and on to Devils Lake, and flights leaving from Devils Lake to Jamestown and on to Minneapolis.

Dorgan''s statement says specific flight times have not yet been set, but he says the change should be better for both communities.
